⇁ This is the story of a young woman searching for herself.
She voyages through Brazil’s untamed heart, from Olinda to Indigenous villages, quilombos and seaside caiçara towns, soaking up ancestral wisdom under the wing of traditional midwives. The journey keeps rolling through India and Nepal, where fresh cultures and pockets of silence shape her transformation.
I was invited to jump in on scene direction, art direction and the documentary’s campaign. Designing the poster and helping build its identity wasn’t just another gig; it was a detour outside the ad world that changed me too.
Screenings of the documentary were held in Indigenous communities.
The film also had the pleasure of being recognized at festivals across several countries around the globe.
